This stall is very famous by the name Gulati Jalebi Junction in Subhash Nagar, Delhi. Sarabjit Singh, the operator of this shop, said during a conversation with the team of Local18 that this stall has been in existence since 1983. Papa has laid its foundation, where he used to feed people Jalebi with desi ghee and sugar. But, in 2020, when Sarabjit joined his father in his work, he opened his own separate stall in Subhash Nagar. Here he is feeding people Jalebi with desi ghee, jaggery and desi khand.
Sarabjit told that after a lot of thinking, he started Jalebi with jaggery and local sugar. Because, people who are sugar patients can eat Jalebi. Sarabjit told that he always had in his mind the people who are unable to eat sweets due to sugar. He wanted to feed them sweets, which is why he started his stall. Apart from Jalebi, you will also get homemade rabri and almond milk at their stall. That too with zero sugar.

Sarabjit told that the Jalebi here has two syrups. First is jaggery and second is desi khand, which has a slight taste of cardamom. Due to this the taste of Jalebi increases even more. You will get to eat this Jalebi for Rs 100.
